Terms and Conditions

Client Service Agreement (Bookings)

By booking with Crest Cleaning Company LLC (“Crest”), you agree to these service terms for residential and vacation-rental cleanings in Tampa Bay. We may refuse unsafe or out-of-scope work (e.g., mold, biohazards).

Pricing & Payment

  • Valid card required. Crest may place a pre-authorization hold before service and charge the card off-session after completion or for fees below.
  • Payment is due on completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Failed payment/returned check fee: $25.

Rescheduling, Cancellations, Lockouts & Waiting Time

  • Reschedule < 24h: $35 administrative fee.
  • Cancel < 24h but > 6h: 50% of quoted service (minimum $75).
  • ≤ 6h / Lockout / Not service-ready at arrival: 75% of quoted service (minimum $100).
  • Waiting time: 15-minute grace, then $25 per 15-minute block (max 45 minutes; then counted as No-Access).

Crest may waive fees for documented emergencies or severe weather at its discretion.

Access & Arrival Window

Provide access via key, lockbox code, smart lock, or meeting our cleaner during the arrival window.

Arrival Window (by access method): If we hold a key/code, arrival may occur anytime 8:00am–6:00pm. If we’re meeting you, we provide a 2-hour window within 8:00am–6:00pm. Exact times are not guaranteed due to routing and prior jobs.

Home Preparation & Recurring Plans

  • Areas must be reasonably uncluttered and service-ready.
  • Heavy-Soil / First-Time Authorization: If conditions exceed the booked scope, we will request authorization to extend time and adjust price before proceeding. If authorization is declined, we will complete only the originally booked scope.
  • Recurring Discount Clawback: If a recurring plan is cancelled after one visit, that visit may be repriced at our one-time rate.

Satisfaction / Re-Clean

If something was missed, email info@crestcleaningco.com with photos within 48 hours. We will return to address missed checklist items at no charge. Refunds are not provided where a re-clean is available.

Damage/Breakage

Report any damage within 24 hours with photos. We may repair/replace with comparable items; ordinary wear and pre-existing conditions are excluded. Examples of exclusions include loose fixtures, hairline cracks, aged/fragile items, and outcomes from client-requested products.

Supplies & Safety

We use professional-grade supplies. If you have special products or surfaces, tell us in advance. We avoid bleach unless you request it in writing (client-requested products at client risk).

Client-Supplied Products (At Your Risk): If you request specific cleaning products, we will use them at your risk and are not responsible for outcomes inconsistent with manufacturer guidance or undisclosed surface conditions.

Firearms: Please secure or remove firearms from service areas before our arrival. Our team will not touch or move firearms.

Extension Reach & Lifting Limits: We reach high areas with extension tools where safe; we do not use ladders over two steps or move items over 25 lbs.

Pets

Please secure pets. We treat pets with care but are not responsible for escapes.

Service Limits

  • No ladders over two steps without prior approval; no moving items > 25 lbs.
  • No cleaning of human/animal waste, blood, or other biohazards. HVAC “living space” only. No hauling debris/furniture.
  • Post-construction cleans require site free of contractors/tools; dust may resettle after we leave; a follow-up visit may be required and will be billed separately.

Respectful Work Environment

We maintain a safe, respectful workplace for clients and cleaners alike.

Consequence: If harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conditions occur, we may stop work and treat the visit as No-Access under the fee schedule.

Photos & Cameras

Before/after photos may be taken for quality control and training; images will not include personal identifiers. You may opt out by emailing info@crestcleaningco.com before service.

Tips

100% of tips go to your cleaner.

Non-Solicitation

Client agrees not to hire Crest’s contractors directly for 12 months after the last service. If breached, Client agrees to pay $1,000 or 20% of the first 12 months of services with that cleaner, whichever is greater.

Disputes & Changes

Florida law governs. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, FL on an individual basis; no class/collective actions. Crest may update these terms with notice via this page and/or email; continued bookings constitute acceptance.


Card Authorization

I authorize Crest Cleaning Company LLC to place a pre-authorization hold and to charge my card for the final service amount and applicable reschedule/cancellation/lockout/waiting-time fees per these Terms & Conditions. 100% of tips go to the cleaner.


SMS Messaging

By booking, you consent to receive operational SMS reminders/updates. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message/data rates may apply. We do not sell or trade your phone number. See our Privacy Policy.

Marketing SMS (Optional): You may opt-in to receive promotional SMS by checking a separate box during booking or telling an agent. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg/data rates may apply. We do not sell or trade your phone number.
