Information we collect

When you request a quote or book a service, we collect the information needed to serve you: your name, contact details, service address, and details about your home. Payment information is processed securely by our booking and payment provider and is not stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and improve our services: scheduling visits, communicating with you about your appointments, and — only if you opt in — sending occasional updates or offers. We never sell your personal information.

Home access details

Entry instructions such as door codes or lockbox locations are stored securely, shared only with the team assigned to your home, and deleted upon your request.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us at info@crestcleaningco.com.

Terms of Service

Services

Crest Cleaning Company LLC provides residential cleaning services in the Tampa Bay area. The scope of each service is described on our Services page and confirmed at booking. Quotes are based on the information you provide about your home; significant discrepancies may require an adjusted quote before service begins.

Scheduling, rescheduling & cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $35 administrative fee. Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ but more than 6 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the quoted service (minimum $75). Cancelling within 6 hours, a lockout, or a home not being service-ready at arrival may incur a fee of 75% of the quoted service (minimum $100).

Satisfaction guarantee

If any part of your clean falls short of the described scope, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge. The guarantee covers re-cleaning and does not constitute a right to refund except where required by law.

Liability

We are fully insured. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service, with photos, so we can investigate. Where warranted, we will repair or replace the affected item with a comparable item. Ordinary wear and pre-existing conditions are excluded from coverage.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service and processed through our booking provider. Recurring services are billed per visit.
